This document details how to install an older print engine into the 10.1 citrix client.

1.	log out of citrix
1.	Download the patch at http://www.trans-soft.net/files/10_1PrintingPatch.zip
2.	Using a zip extracting program (winzip, winrar, etc) extract this file to c:\program files\citrix\ICA Client\
3.	Replace the existing pcl2bmp.exe file
4.	Restart your computer
5.	Try printing again.

If this doesn't fix your printing problem, or makes the problems worse, we recommending re-installing the original Citrix 10.1 client.
